John W. Meyer, PE, joined the Firm in 1995, and became President following Ken Bucklin's retirement in 2004.  John graduated from Iowa State University, with a B. S. in Civil Engineering.  John spent several years in municipal engineering for cities in Iowa, was Public Works Director for Waterloo, Iowa and taught civil engineering technology at Hawkeye Community College before coming to French-Reneker-Assoc., Inc.

Jerry W. Long, PE, joined the Firm in 1977, and serves as Vice-President and Director of Engineering for the Firm.  He is a graduate of the University of Wyoming, Laramie, with a B.S. in Civil Engineering.  Jerry was employed by the IDOT before coming to work for French-Reneker-Assoc., Inc.

David H. Fredericks, PE, was employed in 1976, and is Secretary of the Firm.  Dave graduated from the University of Iowa,  with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and an M.S. in Environmental Engineering.  Dave worked for Iowa-Illinois Gas and Electric and Red Jacket Pumps, summers before joining French-Reneker-Assoc., Inc.

Kent O. Rice, PE, joined the Firm in 1989, and is Treasurer of the Firm.  Kent graduated from Iowa State University, with a B.S. in Agricultural Engineering.  He worked for the Soil Conservation Service prior to his employment with French-Reneker-Assoc., Inc.

Jane Anne Harl, joined the Firm in 1994, and is Director of Administration.  Jane Anne attended college at Central Missouri State University in Warrensburg, Missouri.  She managed medical clinics in Missouri, South Dakota, and Iowa before coming to work for French-Reneker-Assoc., Inc.
